This is a headstone dedicated to Sariah Williams, located 5 metres northwest of the west tower of Egloshayle Church. It dates from 1785 and commemorates Sariah, the daughter of William and Mary Williams, who passed away that same year. The headstone is made of slate and features curved corners, with inscriptions in both upper and lower case lettering that includes serifs.
