Description

This is a headstone from 1759, located against the west wall of the churchyard to the southwest of the west tower of Egloshayle Church. It commemorates Wilmot, the wife of Cornelius Lawry, who passed away in the same year. The headstone is made of slate and features a rectangular shape with a nowy-shaped panel. The inscription is presented in both upper and lower case lettering with serifs.
