Description
House located at 108 Egloshayle Road, built around the early 19th century. It is constructed from rendered stone rubble and features a scantle slate roof with gable ends and brick end stacks. The house likely has a double depth plan with a central entrance leading to two main reception rooms at the front, which are heated by the end stacks. The exterior is two stories high with a symmetrical three-window front. There is a central four-panel door flanked by two later 19th-century canted bay windows with narrow corner piers. On the first floor, there are three 12-pane sash windows, with the right-hand sash likely replaced in the 20th century. The interior has not been inspected.
