Description
The south entrance to the churchyard of Egloshayle Church, dating from the early 19th century, consists of a pair of gate piers and a gate. The gate piers are made of ashlar slatestone and are square in shape, topped with granite pyramidal caps. The flanking quadrant walls, constructed from stone rubble, are likely from the later 19th century and extend around the churchyard. The wrought iron gate, which dates from the mid to late 19th century, features the remains of an overthrow above it.
