This is a house dating from the early 19th century, located adjacent to Willoughby Cottage in Stratton. The front of the house is pebble dashed, while the rear is slate hung, and it features a slate roof with coped gables at both ends. There are brick chimneys. The building has three storeys and a symmetrical front with three windows. The 19th-century doorframe and fanlight are slightly to the right of the center, with a 20th-century door.
