Description
This is a house dating from the early 19th century, located adjacent to Willoughby Cottage in Stratton. The front of the house is pebble dashed, while the rear is slate hung, and it features a slate roof with coped gables at both ends. There are brick chimneys. The building has three storeys and a symmetrical front with three windows. The 19th-century doorframe and fanlight are slightly to the right of the center, with a 20th-century door. On either side of the door, there are 16-pane hornless sash windows from the 19th century. The first floor has similar windows on the left and right, and above the front door is a 12-pane sash window. The second floor features two smaller sash windows, each with three panes above six panes. The rear roof includes one dormer with a 16-pane sash window. This house is included in the listing for its group value with nearby structures.
