Farmhouse. Possibly C17 with later additions. Rubblestone with rendered gable end on east. Slate roof with gable end on right of right-hand range gable to projecting 2 storey porch and gable end to cross wing projecting forward on left. Catslide roof over rear outshut. Rubblestone projecting external stack on right-hand gable end. Rendered brick chimney shaft to east gable end of cross wing and rubblestone projecting stack with shaft removed in rear gable end. Probably originally 3 room and through passage plan with probably later cross wing projecting to left to form 'L' shaped plan. Later 2 storey porch now blocked. Entrance now in angle of main range with cross wing. Later rear outshut. 2 storeys, regular, 4 window front. Ground floor with partly glazed C20 door to left of central gabled projection. C20 window and early C20 3-light casement to right beneath timber lintel. First floor with 3 early C20 3-light casements, central casement beneath brick segmental arch. Left-hand projecting wing with tripartite sash and 3-light casement both without glazing bars. Interior not inspected.
