GV II

Pair of attached houses. Circa 1830, with few later alterations. Stone rubble, rendered and lined out. Hipped slate roof, with stacks to sides, axial stack and rear lateral stack to right, all rendered; deep eaves. Plan: Pair of attached houses, with Roseland to right and second house to left. House to left is larger, 3 bays wide, house to right of 2 bays. Each have porch leading to passage, of double depth plan. Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 5-window range, all 12-pane sashes in plain raised architraves with slate cills. Plinth. At ground floor, in second bay from right and second bay from left, porch with double half-glazed doors, cornice and blocking course, single light to inner side. Left side rendered and lined out. Right side has 12-pane sash at ground and first floor to right. Interior: not inspected.
