Description

Number 30 is an attached house located on Somerset Street in Kingsdown, Bristol. It was built in the late 18th century and altered in the late 19th century. The exterior features a rendered finish with limestone dressings and random ashlar panels, while the right-hand return is slate-hung. The house has a double-depth plan and is designed in the late Georgian style, standing three storeys tall with a one-bay range. As the right-hand end of the terrace, it has a cornice and parapet. A semicircular-arched doorway is located in the right-hand return, complete with a bracketed pediment, fanlight, and a six-panel door. There is also a late 19th-century canted bay with squared rubble panels between 6/6-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected. The property includes attached wrought-iron railings leading to the entrance steps.
