Attached house. Late C18. Render with limestone dressings, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Front flush with road, but the right side with doorway possibly brought forward later; moulded parapet coping. Doorway, as Nos 56-86 Kingsdown Parade (qv), has imposts, consoles to a pediment and moulded semicircular arch, plate-fanlight and 6-panel door; a shallow mid C19 timber canted bay to the right with pilasters, cornice and parapet, upper windows have 5 stepped voussoirs, plate-glass sashes, and 6/6-pane sash to left on the second floor; the right-hand window range above the door has cambered heads, and is set apart. Ashlar rear elevation has a full-height canted bay. INTERIOR not inspected.
