The building features a stucco exterior with limestone dressings, brick end stacks, and a pantile roof. It is designed in the late Georgian style, comprising three storeys and a basement, with a two-storey block on the right. The central doorcase is adorned with pilasters, triglyphs, and a pediment, and it contains a six-panel door with a five-light overlight above. To the left, there is a full-height three-light canted bay, while the right side features 6/6-pane horned sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
