Description

This is a terrace of seven houses, numbers 107 to 119 York Road, located in the Montpelier district of Bristol. The houses were likely built around 1830. They are constructed with a rendered brick facade and limestone dressings, featuring brick stacks and a hidden roof. Each house has a double-depth plan and is arranged over three storeys and a basement, with a single window on each side. The design incorporates pilasters, cornice copings, and semicircular-arched doorways accentuated by key and impost blocks. Each doorway is framed by seven stepped voussoirs, and the windows are 8/8-pane sashes. The interior of the houses has not been inspected.
