Description

Spring Hill Villa is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of stucco with limestone dressings and features a brick end stack, although the roof is not visible. The building has a single-depth plan and stands two storeys tall, with a three-window range. The symmetrical front is adorned with a coped parapet and end gables, and includes a semicircular-arched doorway that has a key and impost. The door is set back and features a fanlight above it, along with a six-panel door. The windows consist of horned sashes with eight-over-eight panes on the right side of the ground floor, a fixed nine-pane window on the left, and six-over-six panes on the first floor to the left and center. Additionally, the right return has a segmental-arched basement window. The interior has not been inspected.
