Description
This is a late 19th-century house, likely remodelled from an earlier building. It is constructed with a rendered exterior, a pantile roof, and brick stacks. The house has a double-depth plan and consists of a three-storey, single-bay range. The left-hand entrance features a door with six panels and a small hood. A ground-floor bay has a balustrade. The windows are sash windows, and the building has a parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
