Description

Number 54 is a house located on Park Road in Stapleton, Bristol, built in the mid-18th century. It features a stucco exterior, a pantile roof, and rendered brick end stacks. The house has a single-depth plan and is designed in a mid-Georgian style. It stands three stories tall and has a four-window range. Notable architectural details include rusticated quoin strips and a wooden eaves cornice. The central doorway is topped with a broken segmental pediment supported by scrolled brackets, and the door itself has four fielded panels along with a rectangular overlight featuring curved glazing bars. The windows are 6/6 pane sash windows set in flush boxes, with an oculus above the door on the second floor. The interior has not been inspected. The property also includes subsidiary features such as spear-headed front area railings with urn newels, positioned between piers with moulded caps, all resting on a dwarf wall.
