House, now flats. c1790. Render with limestone dressings, gable stacks and a pantile roof. Double-depth plan. Mid Georgian style. 3 storeys; 4-window range. A regular front has a moulded coping, and a right-of-centre Roman Doric porch with dentil cornice, semicircular-arched doorway with imposts, 4-panel fanlight and 6-panel door, the top pair glazed. 8/8-pane sashes. The left return has a gable, with a rear section with a full-height bow with triple 6/6-pane sashes in flush frames. INTERIOR not inspected.
