Four gas lamp posts are located in the courtyard of Bengough's Almshouses. These lamp posts date from the late 19th century and are made of cast iron. They feature moulded bases and square lamps. The posts are symmetrically arranged within the stepped courtyard that is enclosed by the almshouses.
