Description

This is a late 18th-century house on Market Street, Poole. It is constructed of painted English bond brick, with Flemish bond to the gable, and has a steep tiled roof topped by a brick stack on the right-hand side. The house follows a single-depth plan and extends over two storeys, an attic, and a basement. It originally featured a single-window front.

The right-hand side contains a recessed six-panel door, above which is a bracketed canted oriel window with glazing bars, all sheltered by a bracketed full-width canopy. The first floor has an eight-pane sash window. A segmental arch forms the basement opening. A hipped dormer is visible in the attic, with six-pane casement windows. The interior has not been inspected.
