Description
St Michael's Church Hall, built in 1908 by John Oldrid Scott and Son, is connected to the church by a roughcast link featuring a stone traceried canted bay window on the west side. The hall is situated on a high basement that slopes down to the north. It is designed in a style influenced by Voysey, characterized by roughcast walls, stone-mullioned windows, a steeply pitched tile roof, and tall plastered chimneys. St Michael's Church and Church Hall form a cohesive architectural group.
