  1. Single-storey thatched cottage, probably Cl6, at rear of No 17. Centre of south side half-timber, square-panelled with brick nogging, 2 casement windows. Eastward extension of brick, circa 183O, with 2 lancet Gothick windows, diamond lattice glazing. Roof carried down low at rear, 2 more casement windows and projecting windowless 'outshot'. Half-hipped gables, chimney on west gable.

No 10 (New House), New House stable, No 17 and Magdalen Cottage, Holdenhurst Road (Holdenhurst Village) form a group.
