Description
Wansdyke Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century. It features a rendered exterior that is lined out, a double pitched slate roof with coped raised verges, a coped parapet, and a moulded cornice. The building is two storeys tall and has three glazing bar sash windows set in plain surrounds. There is a plain band and end pilaster strips, along with a central six-panel door. The cottage is located on the Wansdyke, an ancient linear earthwork.
