Description
The monument to the A'Court family is located in the churchyard immediately to the west of the porch of St Michael's Church. This chest tomb dates from 1811 and 1819, featuring inset panels on a 17th-century tomb. It is made of limestone ashlar and includes inscribed slate panels. The tomb has a deeply chamfered base and cornice, and the top slab is adorned with an incised cross.
