NEWBALD THE GREEN SE 93 NW (east side) 7/67 Pear Tree Cottage II House. Late C18. Brick, colour-washed, slate roofs. 2 storeys, 3 bays with additional, recessed, bay to right. Boarded door behind C20 gabled porch flanked by sashes with glazing bars and sills,all under flat gauged brick arches. First floor: 4 similar sashes. End stack to left, plain close verges.
