Description
The wall, gatepiers, and gates to Perrymead Cemetery were built in 1858. They are constructed from coursed squared limestone, which is more finely finished on the street-facing side. The wall along the road is of particular interest. It features triangular coping and includes two gateways. The footgate has an ashlar Caernarvon arch with triangular coping above, along with the original plank door and ironwork, topped by a triangular coped head. The carriage gate consists of original double wooden gates, which are now in poor condition, situated between two ashlar piers that have gabled caps with cusping.
