Description

This is a chest tomb located in Perrymead Cemetery, dating from around 1870. It is constructed from limestone and pennant stone and is designed in the Gothic Revival style. The tomb features a pennant stone plinth with a base that has a torus mould. The chest is panelled with sunk trefoil headed panels arranged in seven rows of two. It has a cavetto cornice and a pitched top with a keel mould along the ridge. The inscription on the tomb is illegible.
