Description

This is an unidentified chest tomb dating from around 1750, located approximately 15 metres southeast of the chancel in St Mary's Churchyard. The tomb is made of Portland stone and features a Pennant stone ledger set on a raised base, although the railings are missing. It has gadrooned angle balusters adorned with egg-and-dart moulding. A heraldic cartouche is present on the west end, and the inscription on the ledger is very worn.
