Tomb of Susannah Frye (d.1739). Portland stone chest with a Pennant stone slab and statuary marble superstructure. The lower stage consists of a conventional chest tomb with inset angle balusters. The curved cover has carved reliefs; on the west end of a skull and cross-bones, on the east end a smoking lamp, on the south side an heraldic achievement and on the north side an inscription. The cover is topped with a gadrooned finial. HISTORY: Susannah was the wife of Charles Frye of Southampton Row, Bloomsbury. Their son Charles, "late of Smyrna, merchant", is also noted.
