Description

The tomb of Conquest Jones, who died in 1773, is located in the churchyard of St Mary's in Hendon. It features a chest made of Portland stone with a ledger of Pennant stone. The tomb has squat fluted angle balusters and displays a relief on the eastern end that includes a draped urn, a skull, a bone, and a trumpet.
