Description
This is a chest tomb located in St Dunstan's Churchyard, dating from the early 18th century. It features sides made of Portland stone and an inscribed ledger made of Pennant stone. The sides of the tomb are fielded, and the corners are designed with gadrooned angle balusters. The inscription on the tomb is quite weathered, but one name that can be identified is Philip Pasmore, who died in 1753. The tomb is prominently positioned due east of the chancel and follows a well-established pattern for memorials of its time.
