Description
The structure comprises boundary walls and a garden shed, located at Warleigh Point. Dating to the late 18th century, the building was altered in the early to mid-19th century. The construction is of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings, featuring a projecting ashlar central section that is part of the original tollhouse. A blocked door is situated under an open pediment in the centre, while the wings contain blocked pointed arch windows.
