Description

This is a late 18th-century end-terrace house, with alterations from the 19th and 20th centuries. A lease dated 8th October 1792 indicates the construction period. The exterior is limestone ashlar with an asbestos cement slate mansard roof. The house has three storeys and an attic. All windows are six-over-six sash windows, with paired sashes at the first and second floors featuring flush stone mullions. A paired sash dormer window is positioned above the paired sashes. The ground floor has a single sash window to the right of a recessed six-panel door. A platband sits above the ground floor, followed by a continuous wood plate, a small cornice, a blocking course, and a parapet with high-coursed rubble coped gables. No chimney stacks are visible. The return to the right side is plain and features one blocked window at first floor level. A rear courtyard is present. The interior has not been inspected.
