Description
This is a late 18th-century terrace house with alterations from the late 19th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar with a slate mansard roof. The house is three storeys high, with an attic and basement, and features two windows. It has a twelve-pane dormer window above, along with twelve-pane sash windows to the first floor and ground floor, and paired twelve-pane windows to the basement. A six-panel door is set within plain reveals on the right-hand side. Above the ground floor is a full-width wooden plate immediately below a platband, with a moulded cornice, blocking course and parapet, all of which are slightly higher than those of the adjoining property at No 1. Deep, two-stage ashlar stacks are located to the left. The interior has not been inspected. Plain spearhead railings on a rounded ashlar curb enclose the area to the left of the door.
