Description

This is a row of six early 19th century cottages, with the final property now operating as a shoe shop. The cottages are constructed of rubble, with double Roman tiled roofing on numbers 1 through 4 and pantiles on numbers 5 and 6. Numbers 1 through 4 feature single glazing bar sash windows and paired plank doors. Numbers 5 and 6 have 16-pane glazing bar sashes, a later shop front, a 6-panel door to the left (number 5), and a 20th-century door to the right (number 6), both set beneath arched brick heads.
