Description

No. 89 on Portland Road is a building dating from before 1814. It protrudes beyond the building line of Nos. 75-87 and is one of a pair of cottages positioned at right angles to the road. The structure has two storeys and is rendered with a slate hipped roof. It features two sash windows with glazing bars on the upper floor and a larger, off-centre sash window on the lower floor, accompanied by a door on the right-hand side. Nos. 75 to 89 (odd) are recognized as a group.
