Description
This is a three-storey-and-attic building dating before 1814, located on Portland Road. It appears to be part of a matching group with numbers 77 and 79. The building has painted grey headers and a brick cornice with modillions. It has a replacement tile roof with a single casement dormer window. There is one sash window with glazing bars. A later shopfront has been added. Numbers 75 to 89 (the odd numbers) form a group.
