TQ 3024 NW CUCKFIELD HIGH STREET (east side) 7/62 Maberly's 6.4.70 GV II House. C17 or earlier timber-framed building refronted in C19. Red brick on ground floor, tile hung on first floor with alternate courses of plain tiles with curved and pointed tiles. Tiled roof with massive red brick chimney stack. 2 storeys, 3 windows; modern casement windows. Later gabled porch. Large off-centre late C16 panelled brick chimney stack and smaller C19 square brick stack on ridge.
