Description
Diprose House is a house that likely dates from the late 16th century or earlier and was refronted in the early 19th century. The ground floor is constructed of red brick with some grey headers, while the first floor is tile hung. It features a steeply pitched old tiled roof with gablets and three brick chimneystacks. The building has two storeys and three windows, primarily casement windows, with one early 19th-century 16-pane window located on the ground floor to the right. The entrance includes a late 18th or early 19th-century doorcase with a flat wooden hood supported by brackets and a six fielded panelled door. The interior has not been seen.
