It is timber-framed, with the ground floor built in sandstone and featuring brick dressings, while the first floor is weatherboarded. The house has a steeply pitched hipped tiled roof with an off-central brick chimneystack. It is two storeys high and has two windows, which are 19th-century casements, some of which are triple. The entrance features an off-central plank door with a wooden weatherhood.
