Description
Little Chilmington is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with attics. It is constructed of stone rubble, featuring red brick window dressings and quoins, as well as stringcourses along the southwest wall that extend slightly along the northwest front. The roof is half-hipped and tiled, adorned with two gabled dormers. The building has three casement windows, each with dripstones above. A 19th-century porch with a shaped Dutch gable includes a cartouche displaying the crest of the Toke family, who were formerly associated with Godinton. The rear elevation is made of red brick.
