Description

No 6 High Street is a house dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is built of brown brick and has a slate roof. The building has two storeys and features three windows. The central window is a four-light mid-19th century sash window with horns. At each end of the house, there are two splayed bays that rise through both storeys, also with horns. The central entrance has a doorcase with a flat wooden hood supported by brackets, a semi-circular fanlight above, and a six-fielded panelled door flanked by pilasters.
