Description

TQ 3024 NW CUCKFIELD HIGH STREET (west side) 7/49 No 11 (Heathfield House) and Kingswood Chemists GV II House and shop. Mid C19. Stuccoed with slate roof. 3 storeys and basement. 3 windows; mainly 16 pane sashes, the 2 outer being splayed. Fluted pilasters through first and second floors and band between ground and first floors. Right hand mid C19 shop front with triple arched shop window. Doorcase with semi-circular fanlight and 4 fielded panelled door up 6 stone steps. Tripartite window to left with verticals only and iron spear railings to area. An important corner building.
