Description

Mercers is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick, with the south front featuring tile hanging on the first floor and a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and two windows. The first floor has casement windows with wooden architraves and leaded lights. On the ground floor, there is a tripartite casement window on the right side and an early 19th-century bow window on the left side, which has 24 panes and reeded surrounds. The central doorcase features a door with a cambered head and a plank door.
