Description

A house, refronted in the 18th century with alterations made in the early to mid-19th century. The building is L-shaped and stands two storeys high with attics. The west elevation is of painted brick, while the south elevation is tile hung, featuring three courses of plain tiles followed by one course each of curved and pointed tiles. The L-wing has a ground floor of brick and a first floor that is tile hung. The roof is half-hipped and tiled. The west elevation has two three-light canted bays and one gabled dormer. The original doorcase has been built out. A six-panel door, with the top two panels glazed, in the L-wing has likely been resited. The rear roof slopes down to ground level.
