Description
13 and 13A, The Causeway are an 18th-century building of two storeys and five windows. The exterior is plastered, with a dentilled eaves cornice and a tiled roof. The windows are sash windows, with original glazing bars on both floors, arranged in two bays of three lights each. A doorway with Doric columns and a pediment is located on the right-hand side of the building; it was likely originally positioned in the centre and has been moved. A similar door is present on the left-hand side. The building forms part of a significant group of listed buildings, which includes those along The Causeway, Market Square, and South Street.
