2 St Richard's Walk is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features four windows, with one blocked window. The structure is made of red brick and has a moulded brick cornice. The windows are set in frames, and the doorway is adorned with Doric pilasters and a pediment. The entrance includes a six-panel moulded door, with the top two panels cut away and glazed. A modern side door has been added to the front, positioned between the two northernmost ground floor windows. On the south front, there are two dormers and a three-light bay window.
