Description

Jordans Social Club is a weather-boarded barn dating from 1642, featuring six bays and a half-hipped tiled roof that has been enhanced with brick pentices around the entire structure. A fireplace and brick chimney have been added in one bay on the west side. The tie-beam roof has been partially renewed, but this is now hidden by a modern ceiling. Adjacent to the barn is a 17th-century stable, which is one storey high, weather-boarded, and built on a modern brick base with a tiled roof. While some tie beams in the stable are original, the Queen struts have been renewed. The entire building is currently used as a social club.
