Description

2 Street Farm Barn is a former barn dating from the late 17th century. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, with a roof covered in corrugated iron. The barn has five bays arranged in a north-south direction, featuring an original midstrey to the west of the middle bay. Inside, there are arched braces supporting the tiebeams, and the roof structure includes clasped purlins with raking queen struts. The wallplates display face-halved and bladed scarfs.
