Description

Oakfield Lodge is a mid-19th century single-storey building located on the east side of Balcombe Road in Pound Hill. The exterior is finished in stucco and features a hipped roof that has been renewed with tiles. At the center of the building is a clustered chimney stack. The façade includes two casement windows, each adorned with hood mouldings, as well as a doorcase that also has hood mouldings, leading to a panelled door. This building is included in the listing for its group value.
