Description

91 Basin Road is an early 19th-century building featuring a hipped slate roof and a bracketed eaves cornice. It stands two storeys tall with three window bays, although the central window opening on the first floor is blocked. The exterior is constructed of flint and broken flint, with red brick quoins and dressings. The sash windows have shallow reveals and brick dressings, with flat arches above the upper floor windows and segmental arches above the lower windows. The lower windows are boarded up, while the upper windows retain their glazing bars. The entrance consists of a flat arched wooden boarded door set in shallow reveals with a slightly segmental arch above. To the north, there is a single-storey flint lean-to annexe.
