Description

17 Northgate is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high and features one window bay facing east. It has a hipped slate roof and is constructed from flint cobble, with red brick quoins and dressings. The east-facing elevation includes a sash window set in a flat arch, with red brick dressings and intact glazing bars. Above the ground floor window, there is a painted board. The south elevation has two window bays, although one window on the second floor is blocked. The south-facing elevation also features sash windows, and both the doorway and ground floor windows are set in segmental arches.
