Description

This is an 18th-century building of two storeys and two windows, located on the west side of Broyle Road. It is constructed of red brick and features a cornice with modillions below the eaves. The windows are sash windows with flat arches; the glazing bars have been lost. Rendered lintels are above the ground floor windows. A doorway is present with Doric columns, a pediment, a rectangular fanlight, and a six-panel moulded door.
